Refund Policy

I take great pride in my handmade products, where each piece is crafted individually, resulting in natural variations in size, shape, and colour. These unique characteristics are part of the charm of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.

If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a functional issue or if the item arrives damaged, please reach out to me at dartzaits@gmail.com as soon as possible. I will gladly assist in resolving the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items with functional flaws or those damaged during shipping.
  • Process: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be securely packaged and returned in its original condition. I cannot accept liability for items that are damaged during return shipping.
  • Refunds: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued for the product value, and any loss in value due to damage or improper packaging will be deducted from the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Final Sale: Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Custom Orders: Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

I strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase and will do everything I can to resolve any concerns.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
