• Netherlands:
  0 - 5 kg - €7 
  5 - 10 kg - €15
• EU Countries:
  0 - 10 kg: €20
• United Kingdom:
  0 - 10 kg: €25
  
• Switzerland/Norway:
  0 - 10 kg: €30
  
• United States/Canada:
  0 - 2 kg: €35
  2 - 10 kg: €75
  
• Australia/New Zealand:
  0 - 10 kg: €75
  
• All Other Locations:
  0 - 10 kg: €75

Pick-up:
Free pick-up available at the studio (Populierenweg 68D, 1092 ES, Amsterdam). For more details and to arrange a time, please contact me via email: dartzaits@gmail.com.

Shipping within the Netherlands & Europe: 
Packages will be sent via PostNL, DHL Parcel, or DPD. Delivery times are 1-2 business days (Netherlands) or 3-5 business days (Europe) after shipping. A confirmation and tracking number will be provided.

Shipping Issues:
Should you experience any difficulties during checkout, please reach out to me at dartzaits@gmail.com with the details.

Damaged Ceramics:
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos promptly and reach out to me within 2 days of receiving your order. It could be a refund or a replacement of an item. Replacement items may take up to 6 weeks to produce. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important about International Shipping:
After your package is dispatched from my studio, it is managed by the postal service and customs authorities of the destination country. Regrettably, I am unable to offer tracking updates beyond this point. For any inquiries about your package's status, kindly reach out to your local postal service for further assistance.

Customs for Non-EU Countries:
Customs duties are determined by your country when the parcel arrives, and I am unable to provide details on these charges and not responsible for any additional customs fees.
